“Will God really be enough?” Maybe you’ve asked this question in the past. Maybe you’re asking it right now or know someone who is. In light of all of life’s challenges, it’s easy to wonder if God’s grace really will be enough to see us through our hardest days.
Will God be enough in tough parenting moments or for a child’s special needs?
Will he be enough for a struggling marriage or prolonged singleness?
Will he be enough for day-after-day lived with chronic illness, financial instability, or whatever other difficult or perplexing situations come our way?
Will he be enough when suffering is real; when we have what we don’t want, and we don’t have what we do want; and when we don’t expect anything to change anytime soon?
Recently, I had the privilege of meeting at The Good Book Company to discuss my upcoming book, and I’m eager to share its title with you. Can you guess what it is?
He Will Be Enough: How God Takes You by the Hand Through Your Hardest Days
The Bible tells us that God’s grace is sufficient, and his power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). In other words, God is enough, and he will be enough. That’s his promise to Christ-followers.
And yes, on some of our family’s hardest days, and on some of my friends’ hardest days, God has been enough. These are the stories I’m eager to share with you!
